Thermal systems designed for African site conditions

From thermal load analysis to post-handover support — every service is calibrated to the climate, the site, and the measured data. No generic templates.

Thermal Load Analysis and HVAC Design

We measure actual heat gains — solar, internal, infiltration — before sizing any system. Design documents are site-specific: Casablanca's summer peaks, Agadir's coastal humidity, Marrakech's dry heat.

Deliverables include dynamic thermal models, equipment schedules, duct and pipe sizing, and full commissioning protocols. Systems are verified against design targets before handover.

Energy Audit and Verified Optimization

Baseline consumption is logged and analyzed before any recommendation is made. Savings targets are written into the audit report as measurable commitments, not estimates.

Post-implementation monitoring confirms actual reductions. Clients receive a verified performance report — data collected on site, not modeled in a spreadsheet.

Full Lifecycle: Feasibility to Post-Handover Support

Thermocline manages the full scope — feasibility study, technical specification, procurement guidance, installation supervision, and commissioning sign-off.

Local post-handover support means a technical contact in Morocco, not an overseas helpdesk. Maintenance protocols and seasonal performance checks are included in every project handover.

5 Countries, Local Support

40+ Projects Commissioned

Up to 35% Verified Energy Reduction

Technical response from Casablanca — no international delay on commissioning or maintenance calls.

Across Morocco and West Africa, each with a verified post-commissioning performance report.

Measured before and after commissioning — not projected from a model.

Start with a Measurement

Describe your thermal problem. We'll scope the analysis.

Send us the site location, building type, and the problem you're observing. Thermocline's engineers will respond with a scoped technical approach within 48 hours.
